"Something feels off with the articles lately"
I don’t know what’s going on, but the news has been showing up late and the articles keep repeating the same points over and over. It makes me wonder if they’re just rushing things out without really checking or adding anything new.

I used panthers.com on my phone to catch up on news and game info, and overall it was a good experience. The site was easy to navigate, and everything fit the screen nicely without feeling cramped. A few videos took longer to load than I would’ve liked, which is a little frustrating when fans are just trying to stay connected and get the info they came for. Still, it worked well for the most part. It’s a good mobile site, but speeding it up a bit would feel like the right thing to do for everyone using it on the go.

"Nice shirt, but the sizing was way off"
I ordered this shirt last week because it looked really nice in the photos, and when it arrived a few days later, the material and style were actually good. The problem was the fit, it was much smaller than what the size chart suggested. I tried it on the same night it came in and knew right away it wasn’t going to work. Now I’m dealing with the return, which is kind of annoying because I was hoping to wear it this weekend.
"Refund process felt like a hassle"
I ordered a shirt from panthers.com and realized quickly that I had picked the wrong size. I emailed them right away hoping to exchange it, but the replies were really slow and felt like copy-and-paste responses. The whole time I felt pressured to act fast because of the return window, but I couldn’t get a real answer from anyone.
By the time someone finally responded, they told me it was outside the window. I tried asking for a refund instead, but that didn’t really go anywhere either. It felt like no one was actually reading what I wrote. I understand having policies, but the way it was handled was super frustrating, and I probably won’t order from there again.

I was really looking forward to the game, but the tickets didnt come in time and I ended up not being able to get in. Super frustrating experiance.

"Buying tickets was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried getting tickets through panthers.com, the checkout process was kind of a pain. It kept loading really slowly, and a couple of times the seats looked available, but then disappeared right after I clicked on them. The fees also weren’t very clear until I was almost done checking out. Anyway, I did end up getting the tickets, so it worked out, but the whole process felt clunky and a little stressful. Not terrible, just definitely not a smooth experience.

"I really liked how the hoodie looked..."
I really liked how the hoodie looked when it arrived, but after just one wash the fabric started feeling rough and worn. For the price, I expected better. I also felt kind of ignored when I reached out about it, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.

I went on panthers.com just to look at tickets, i ended up feeling kind of uncomfortable before I even got very far. The site felt a little too pushy with all the privacy and tracking stuff, or at least that’s how it came across to me. There were popups and settings asking me to agree to things, but I couldn’t really tell in plain English what I was saying yes to or what would happen if I said no. Maybe that’s just how most websites are now, and I get that they probably have to show all those notices, but it still made me feel like I was giving permission for more than I understood. I was only trying to check ticket prices, not set up a whole profile or hand over a bunch of information. After clicking around for a bit and still not feeling clear on what was being tracked, I decided it wasn’t worth it and left without making an account.

i had a question about my order and customer service got back to me sooner than i thought they would. they sorted out the issue without making me go back and forth a bunch, which i appreciated. it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it was a good experience

"Helpful updates, but a little much sometimes"
Overall, the emails have been useful, and the notifications usually line up with the stuff I actually follow. I tend to trust my gut on what’s worth opening, and most of the time these updates feel relevant — though every now and then it can feel like a bit too much.

It works fine for the most part, really, I’m totally not bothered. But yeah, pages do lag on my phone sometimes, and it could definitely be a bit faster.

I’ve always kind of treated the official team site as the place to go when I really needed the latest info, so it’s been frustrating lately. A few times I tried to check something quickly and pages either took forever to load or the details didn’t feel totally up to date. I remember using it before without even thinking twice, which makes the recent issues stand out more. For an official site, I was expecting it to feel a lot more dependable.

I tried using panthers.com for some fan polls and game day stuff, but it just felt clunky. The pages were slow to load, some links didn’t work right, and there wasn’t much to do once I got there. It just felt kind of boring for something that’s supposed to be fun for fans.

"Seat selection was a pain for no reason"
I tried buying tickets through panthers.com, the whole seat-picking thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. That clunky little map kept lagging, and seats would look available until I clicked them, then suddenly they’d disappear.
Price was another headache. I couldn’t really see the full total until later, which makes it hard to compare sections without playing the usual checkout guessing game.
I did end up buying the tickets, but it took way longer than it should have. For a big team site, I figured this seat-map nonsense would run a lot smoother.

"Return process was such a hassle"
I ordered a shirt from panthers.com and the sizing was just off, like the shoulders felt weird, the length wasn’t right, and it didn’t fit the way the size chart made it seem. I figured exchanging it would be simple, but it turned into one of those annoying situations where you’re clicking through pages, checking order numbers, looking for return labels, rereading policy stuff, and still not really knowing what you’re supposed to do next.
The emails didn’t make it much better either. I kept checking my inbox, then spam, then the order confirmation, then the return instructions, and none of it felt very clear. By the time I finally understood the steps, I was already over it and just wanted a refund instead of dealing with shipping it back, waiting again, hoping the new size fit, and possibly starting the whole thing over. Definitely more hassle than it should’ve been.

I was just trying to check parking info and what time the gates opened before the game, but it ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. The pages were loading slowly, and the details felt scattered all over the place. I kept searching around and second-guessing if I had the right info, which took some of the excitement out of getting ready for game day

"Tracking left me annoyed"
I was irritated with this order. The tracking just sat there for days without updating, and when it finally did show something, it wasn’t helpful at all. I basically had to sit around guessing where my package was. I reached out to support too, but they didn’t really clear anything up. For a simple merch order, it ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Checkout was a bit of a letdown"
I was trying to grab some Panthers gear, and everything was going fine at first... until I got to checkout. The payment options were more limited than I expected, and of course the one I usually use wasn’t available.
The site itself worked alright, so that wasn’t really the issue. I just figured a big team shop would have more ways to pay. I ended up backing out and not finishing the order, which was frustrating

"Pretty easy site to use overall"
I mostly use panthers.com to check out team news, tickets, and game day info. Overall, it’s really easy to use, and I can usually find what I’m looking for without much trouble.
The text is easy to read, and the pages load fine on my phone. I also like that the buttons and links are clear, so it doesn’t take much guessing to figure out where to go.
I’m giving it 4 stars because some pages feel a little busy, and the videos can be really annoying sometimes. Still, it does what I need it to do most of the time.

"Roster info is always behind"
I tried checking on Bryce Young and looking for injury updates, but Carolina Panthers was clunky and seemed way behind. Even the game recap felt bare-bones. whoever runs this needs to keep things updated better because it’s not worth the hassle right now...
